Wild Ride Safaris is exclusively a Horse Safari based on Bezhoek Private Nature Reserve, near Middelburg, Mpumalanga, and whilst not a Big 5 Reserve, we have much more to offer. Our wildlife, which includes leopard, hyena, giraffe, eland, sable, oribi, blesbok, zebra, kudu, wildebeest both black and blue, warthog, black back jackal, and many other species, roam freely across extensive river frontages, permanent wetlands and streams, riverine forestation, gorges, savannah plains, rocky outcrops, and majestic cliffs. The Reserve also has beautiful bird-life with some 307 confirmed bird species.
